Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

While the flower arrangement was beautiful I was expecting it to have a Christmas feeling. Was a little disappointed. ---- Florist's Response: Hello Mary, We are very sorry to hear that. So the flowers are beautiful, the delivery was bizarre. The delivery man made a lot of effort to try to find my recipient and she actually thought he was some creep calling, over and over again until it clicked that he was delivering flowers. She called him back and I said she would come to him come But When she went out in her hallway he was already wandering around looking for the place. So maybe leaving a message when calling saying who you are and what you’re calling about? Flowers though are worth the confusion of delivery
