While the flower arrangement was beautiful I was expecting it to have a Christmas feeling. Was a little disappointed. ---- Florist's Response: Hello Mary, We are very sorry to hear that. We would not add any Christmas elements unless it was specified in the section Special Instructions. We hope you will trust us with your business again in the future.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will.
