I ordered this arrangement for our front lobby / reception area. Several of the flowers were wilting, browning, and or shriveled up. I sent photos to the florist the next day. First thing the following morning, someone contacted me to apologize & informed me that it could have been the high temperatures affecting the flowers. They sent a new bouquet within hours. The second bouquet was as expected. It was similar, but with fresh white lilies, & vibrant flowers. I appreciated the quality customer service and would certainly do business with them again. ---- Florist's Response: Thank you for you feedback.

We decided to send our daughters flowers for their birthday this year, delivered to their office. I looked up florists in Lawrence and found Mendez only a mile from our daughter. I ordered using their website and it was quick and easy, with a large selection to chose from. The arrangement was delivered before noon and they were better than expected. They look very much like the picture. Our daughter's comment, after Thank You, was that the arrangement was huge. Well done Mendez.

Flowers were beautiful and made my wife very happy! "Happy Wife, Happy Life!" She brought them home from work so I got to see how nice they were too. Very pleased with the purchase and the quick delivery! Thanks!
